2021 Dutchie - F2U Base

Another F2U base of mine, I have made a lot of F2U dutchie bases, this one doesn't feature too much however...

Comes with .psd and.png files, the psd file has folders with everything seperated out to hopefully make it an easier process for you...

Features:
- Head tuft option
- Eyelash option
- Choose between a dutchie head or a feather to use for your color pallet...

Of course all of those features are only for the .psd file version, not the .png version

Important!
- Please always credit me for the base, never remove my watermark on the bottom.

You are allowed to:
- Change lines to fit your character
- Change the species
- Sell adopts and accept commissions on this base but for no higher than $10 USD
(Also whoever you are selling too, make sure they know the base is by me.)

Your are NOT allowed to:
- Remove my watermark
- Say the base is yours... you may say you edited it but not that the base is yours.
- NSFW-ify it
